CHANEL - DÉFILÉ CROISIÈRE 2024/25 MARSEILLE

This rare and collectible publication was released by CHANEL in conjunction with its 2024/25 Cruise Collection runway show held in Marseille, France.

British photographer Jamie Hawkesworth, known for his poetic and highly atmospheric visual style, was commissioned to photograph the series. He has also contributed to campaigns for brands including Comme des Garçons, Loewe, Marni, and Alexander McQueen. This book/portfolio set consists of beautifully bound in cloth featuring a tipped-in color photograph on the front cover and housed in matching slipcases. The inner pages includes with 24 vivid photographic prints that blur the line between editorial and fine art photography.

The Marseille setting plays a central role, with sunlit facades, flora, and classical sculpture motifs intertwined with portraits of models wearing the Cruise 2024/25 collection. A poem by French writer Laura Vazquez adds a literary layer to the presentation.
